product to advise us of the issue. Please note proof of purchase is required in the form of a store receipt in order to process any
exchange/credits/refunds using your original payment method. If you have any feedback regarding your purchases, please liaise directly
with our customer support team. All decisions involving refunds are made at our discretion.
